Health Minded offers multiple services and modalities to help you achieve your health and wellness goals:
Telehealth Services:
-Weight loss: whether you elect for a vitamin route or GLP1, we have options for both. Set up a consultation appointment via telephone call or video visit to further discuss options. GLP1 medication delivered discretely to your door and weekly check ins to ensure your success.
-Men's Testosterone Replacement: testosterone is vital to not only sexual health but overall well being. Men's health consult appointment is available to discuss options and arrange lab work to evaluate if testosterone replacement is right for you. Monthly check in appointments to ensure dosing is perfected to you, labs to monitor your safety and most importantly your opportunity to ask questions - all aimed for your success.
IV infusions by private event booking or house call:
Health Minded offers many infusion options such as our hangover bag, Myers Cocktail, Athletic bag, Immune bag, The Works as well as mini infusions that are a quick pick me up without all the time it takes for a normal IV infusion.
*4 or more booked clients will cover travel expenses for these services* If a single house call, travel expenses apply*

Health Minded is owned and operated by Nurse Practitioner Kristin Dunaway. Dr. Jody Johnsen is the Medical Director and collaborating physician.
Kristin is a University of Michigan Flint alumni and has worked in the medical field for over 22 years with a background in oncology & caring for those with chronic diseases. Health Minded was started in November 2024 as a passion for health and wellness and wanting to provide this to the community.
